We are offering wines made in the German style for September
Prost! Wines in the German Tradition Featured in September Wine Club
August 29, 2019
September is an important month in our home town of Lovettsville. Our town's huge annual Oktoberfest occurs the last full weekend of the month. So, of course, in September we are featuring wines in the German winemaking tradition.
Each wine selection is raised using sustainable methods, as part of a new worldwide trend toward reducing herbicides and pesticides in agriculture. DBKC lauched its Sustainable Wines program in August 2019 in response to customer interest. Each month we offer a selection of four wines, in a mixture of colors and styles, along with tasting notes and food pairings in a reusable wine tote. This will be a special purchase, with a limited of number of additional bottles available in the shop.
We will have a tasting -- a Weinprobe -- and pickup for the September selection on Friday, September 20th from 5pm to 7pm. Learn more about these special wines and enjoy light snacks while you pick up your wines.
